Dear Colleagues,

We aspire to reconstruct the 2019 dataset before taking more data in this summer's run. The next step in that process is to reconstruct a few percent of the data to determine baseline calibrations for the SVT, determine as many run-dependent parameters as possible, study topics such as track-finding efficiencies with higher statistics and provide an "unblinded" sample of data for development of analyses. There is still some work to be done to release the latest reconstruction code, finalize the reconstruction steering file and decide on the interim list of files to be processed but we are getting close. I gave a short status report at today's HPS Weekly meeting.

I have posted the slides from my presentation to the agenda page at:

We solicit your input to resolve the remaining issues and encourage you to analyze the output in a timely manner.

Thank you,
Norman
