[Hps] [EXTERNAL] No HPS meeting today.

Dear HPS,

Apologies for the late notice. Some key people are unavailable today, so we will not meet as usual. However, there is quite a lot going on and a lot of work to do; to get ready to run, to complete the 2016 paper, and to begin analyzing the 2019 data.  So, if you aren’t engaged in one of these tasks, I would ask you to please take a moment to think seriously about what you can do and contact Stepan, Maurik, or I if you have questions.  Even a modest amount of effort can make a real difference in what HPS can achieve.
