[Hps] Election of two new EC members

Dear HPS,

At the upcoming collaboration meeting on November 15-17, we will elect two new members to the Executive Committee. I want to thank everyone who send the nominations for new members. We have a list of five collaborators on the ballot:

Please send your votes to me, Tim and Maurik no later than Monday, November 15. The results will be announced at the last day of the collaboration meeting, on Wednesday, November 17.
