[Hps] Election of two new EC members

Dear HPS,

At the upcoming collaboration meeting on November 15-17, we will hold the election of two new members of the Executive Committee. The election will be held via email two weeks before the meeting, then the results will be announced at the meeting. We need to elect two new members to replace Rafo and Omar, they served two years on the committee. Please send your nominations to me, Tim, and Maurik by November 1, 2020. Self-nomination and re-nomination are welcome.
