[Hps] No RC meeting today

Dear all,

we didn't get beam to the FCup yet,
In the morning at around 07:00 there was an attempt to send beam to FCup 
but was unsuccessful,
and soon after North Linac went to controled access to investigate 
issues related to the delivery of the beam to the Hall-D.

Today PD scheduled a meeting ar 3:00 pm which coincides with our 
meeting, so I propose to cancel today's meeting.
In case you want to discuss anything, please let me know, we can have a 
meeting today at a later time.
