[Hps] Shifts are canceled, HPS is down

Dear all,

I just learned that there will be no beam to Hall-B. Apparently, program for tonight and most likely over whole weekend is to setup 5 pass to Hall-C. Unfortunately, no one told us about it.

Sorry for a late notice, the owl shift for tonight is canceled, the rest of the shifts are on stand-by, wait for my email.

Hall-B will be in power permit, we are turning magnets off and will leave the counting room.
