Please be aware of the following outage which will affect the HPS confluence pages:



Start:   9/18/2021 6:00 AM PDT

End:     9/18/2021 1:00 PM PDT



Details: Confluence will be down all day to upgrade to 7.13.0 and make changes to the database.
