[Hps] [EXTERNAL] Pass0 of 2019/2021 Data

A new release of hpstr was made in the process to fix some memory leaks. You will need to get the latest release of hpstr to
analyze the ntuples created as part of this pass. The details of what exactly was ran is available in the prod area of hps-mc.

The hpstr ntuples and first pass of an analysis selection with histograms have been copied over to SDF at SLAC.
