[Hps] [EXTERNAL] End of Daylight Savings Time

Dear Colleagues,

Europe ended its Central European Summer Time (CEST) yesterday. The U.S. will end its Daylight Savings Time next Sunday (for the last time?). Please take note of this time difference when planning meetings this week.
