[Hps] [EXTERNAL] Scheduling the Fall 2022 collaboration meeting - in person!

Dear Collaborators,

Based on the input we have received, the EC proposes to have the HPS Collaboration Meeting Nov 7-9, 2022.  After some discussion, it was proposed to hold the meeting at SLAC.  However, with the CLAS collaboration meeting at JLab the week prior, we considered the possibility that some people who will travel to JLab for that event might prefer to simply extend a trip there rather than make an additional trip to California the following week.  

With that in mind, please contact me BY THE END OF THIS WEEK if you have a strong preference to hold this meeting at JLab and the EC will take that under consideration in making a final decision next Monday on the location for the meeting.
