[Hps] [EXTERNAL] new reach plots released

Dear HPSers,
the PPC has approved the release of updated reach plots by Cameron (in 
which the old 2015 result have been replaced with a new plot using the
new statistical methods developed for the 2016 analysis).
You may find them in the "Officially approved plots" section of the HPS 
PPC confluence page:

These plots supersede previous reach plot versions, so you are invited
to use the latest release in the preparation of your presentations and 
drafts.
