[Hps] [EXTERNAL] Spring 2023 Collaboration Meeting - save the date

Dear HPS,

We are planning for a meeting of the HPS collaboration during the week of May 8-12 at JLab.  With the PRD in review, the focus will be almost entirely on analysis of our newer datasets and our progress on new physics topics.  The exact days have yet to be determined, but we would anticipate a 2.5-3 day event.  Please save the date, or let us know if there are serious conflicts we have missed.  Please note that ICHEP will be held in Norfolk (but not at JLab) during the same week.
