[Hps] [EXTERNAL] HPS-ECAL: resume meetings

Dear HPS,
discussing with some of you, we considered to start a new project to improve the quality of ECAL calibration and corrections, in particular for the region out of the fiducial area, by exploiting modern analysis techniques - even if the current calibration and correction methodology proved to work quite well, I think there is still room for an optimization.

In order to start this, we’d like to resume the periodic ECAL meetings (weekly / bi-weekly, we’ll discuss this at the first one). Everyone who’s interested is welcome to join.
