[Hps] [EXTERNAL] URGENT: HPS PAC Update ("Jeopardy") document authors

Dear Collaborators,

As you may be aware, we are set to update the PAC again to gain re-approval of our remaining running time.  The document for this update is due tomorrow for the meeting in early July.  This document is nearly complete, with the presentation of a few plots still being finalized.  

Meanwhile, for the author list, we have used the author list from our 2021 run and added new collaborators that have joined since then. We kindly request your help reviewing this list, and ask that you please contact us with any corrections by noon tomorrow, JLab time.
