Dear HPS,

As mentioned in the meeting this morning, there is a letter of endorsement for the P5 report, where it is very important to show broad support for this plan, which among other things prescribes support for smaller experiments such as HPS, BDX, and LDMX under a new program called Advancing Science and Technology through Agile Experiments (ASTAE - means “spear" or "javelin” in latin).
