[Hps] [Jlab-scicomp-briefs] farm Lustre outage, Wed June 5 2024

We continue to debug the farm Lustre outage. At this time four storage servers (two fail-over pairs) are down due to system instability. This appears to be a software issue in the Lustre networking layer. We will provide further updates as we have them.
