[Hps] [EXTERNAL] seeking for a speaker for an invited talk at Dalian, China

we have received an invitation to present a talk on HPS at the
"12 workshop on Hadron Physics ad Opportunities Worldwide",
in the Physics beyond SM session:

The workshop is going to be held in Dalian, China, august 4-9, 2024.

Please let the PPC know in the coming days if you are interested in 
delivering such a presentation, so that we can pass your name to the
Organizing committee in order to issue formal invitation for visa etc.
in due time.
It would be a nice chance to present HPS to a slightly different audience 
than usual, and a pity to miss it.
