[Hps] [Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Update on Slurm Controller and Pending Jobs

Dear Users,
Since last weekend, the farm has been very busy with over 80,000 pending jobs, which has created a backlog for Slurm. We have made some adjustments, and while these changes are actively being worked on, please note that they will take some time to take full effect. Our goal is to reduce the number of idle nodes and improve overall performance.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to optimize the system and work through the backlog.
