[Hps] [EXTERNAL] HPS Collaboration Meeting, Feb. 9-11 - remote format

Dear HPS collaborators,

As decided at recent meetings, we will have an all-remote HPS collaboration meeting Feb. 9-11, 2026.  The format of the meeting will be similar to the half-day collaboration meetings held during the pandemic to make participation as easy as possible for everyone. A placeholder agenda has been copied from one of these old meetings and will be developed around the same overall schedule.
