I asked the fund manager Jean Cottam Allen if this excludes accelerator based experiments, and the answer I received was that these are <i>not </i>excluded, as long as they are "an order of magnitude better" than existing experiments. It seems that a targeted Heavy Photon experiment would be among the possibilities. Deadline for the letter of intend is October 16th.
