Thanks for all the feedback!</div><div><br></div><div>The bylaws state that a final 2 week period is used to get any additional feedback on the draft before submitting to the journal and starting that review. </div><div><br></div><div>Thus I hope to get your feedback before end of May 13th. </div><div><br></div><div>There are four notes I’d like to make for this version:</div><div><br></div><div>* Author list has been updated by the EC. Please send comments/suggestions/complaints to me and EC.</div><div>* The table of content and line numbers will be removed after the collaboration review (I think it helps to get an overview for reviewers).</div><div>* The hit efficiency plot will be updated to make sure it works on black and white. </div><div>* The latex template has some issues getting paragraphs spaces, the corresponding author and one specific table reference (Tab.4) to work.
