The EC has unanimously approved Mike Testa, a graduate student at UCSC mentored by Vitaliy Fadeyev, for membership in HPS. Mike plans to help with the HPS SVT upgrade and to work on the simulation and analysis, ideally using 2018 data for his thesis.<br>
