<p style="margin:0in">Instead of sending an email per-job, the batch farm will now send each user at most one email per hour summarizing the disposition of jobs that completed during that time.

<p style="margin:0in">This change is being expedited because of ongoing problems with email from jlab.org being rated as junk when a burst of messages are sent. This email reputation information is shared widely and quickly affects all email coming to and from

 jlab.org. There are a few variations on this problem, but all of them are avoided if we rate-limit messages from the farm.
