Instead of sliding things forward a day, I would suggest adding a day on the end (Tuesday-Thursday). That gives us some time on Monday to make sure the data samples are OK, etc.</div>

be a problem for SLAC people since they just have to roll out of bed. Going to 3 half days also prevents workshop burnout.
