<p class="MsoNormal">Suggestion: instead of doing 2 full days, we move to 3 half days…e.g. Monday-Wednesday 8am-noon (SLAC time). Starting early should be better for east coasters/Europeans and shouldn’t be a problem for SLAC people since they just have to
roll out of bed. Going to 3 half days also prevents workshop burnout. <o:p></o:p></p>
