<div class="">We are currently aware of a few items that are still be worked on that do not significantly affect the readiness of this draft for review. These are:</div>
<div class="">- The style of Figures 26 and 27 are being corrected/improved</div>
<div class="">- The links in the references need to be re-checked.</div>

<div class="">According to our bylaws, we have two weeks to review this draft and provide comments:</div>

<blockquote type="cite" class="">For each proposed paper, a writing team will be formed by the Publication and Presentations Committee, composed of those persons most closely associated with the analysis ofthe data and knowledgeable about the instrumentation,
and one or two senior people notassociated with the analysis of the data. They should prepare a manuscript they believe issuitable for submission to a journal, i.e. with final figures,correct spelling and grammar,etc. The collaboration will be given two weeks
to make comments on this first draft. Then a “review team” will be formed, composed of the writing team, one member of the Publication Committee and two other suitable members of the Collaboration, to take into account these comments and form a second draft.
The collaboration will have two more weeks for final comments on the second draft. The comments for the second draft may not ask for major changes to the manuscript, but may only point out small problems that were not noticed in the first round.<br class="">

<div class="">Subsequent to this, an appropriate team will be appointed under Matt Graham's leadership to make changes as necessary, and a new draft will be produced for final approval. </div>
