[Hybrid baryons] Discussion on a possible collaboration on the quest for Hybrid Baryons

Dear Jan and Tom,

taking advantage of my visit to Ghent tomorrow, I would like to submit 
to you
a proposal of collaboration on the physics of Hybrid Baryons.
In attachment you will find a tentative description of a collaboration 
scheme that
Victor Mokeev and myself put together after our last internal meeting.

I understand the time schedule tomorrow is quite tight but it would be 
nice if we could find
some time for us to look into the matter and start some discussion.
