[Hybrid baryons] Two sections to the proposal

  Dear Annalisa,

  Please find attached the *tex and *pdf files with two sections entitled

``STRATEGIES FOR IDENTIFYING HYBRID- AND THREE-QUARK NEW BARYON STATES"

``AMPLITUDE ANALYSES OF MEASURED OBSERVABLES IN A SEARCH FOR NEW BARYON STATES".

Few comments:

1. I refer to the Sections and plots in the submitted LOI.
2. I will improve the plot quality
3. Adam today promised to write a paragraph on JPAC obligation at the end of my text as soon as full text will be available. He agree to focus on Regge for KY electroproduction.

In the end I list the proposal structure we discussed the previous meeting. I will continue with it employing the input from you Evgeny, Gleb and Iulia.
