[Hybrid baryons] Hybrid Proposal Update

Folks,

Attached is the current version of our hybrid proposal. We can discuss more at the meeting
this morning. The status of the proposal is as follows:

1). Sections 1 - 5 : “final” editing complete
2). Section 6: “final” editing in progress (nearly complete). 
     - Figs. 27 and 28 to be completed (Annalisa)    
3). Section 7:
     - 7.1 - 7.4 - development in progress (Annalisa)
     - 7.5 - 7.6 - “final” editing complete
     - 7.7 - 7.9 - development in progress (Annalisa and Victor)
4). Sections 8 - 9: development in progress (Annalisa)
5). Appendices A, B: “final” editing complete
6). References: Clean-up work in progress

Note: Please review the draft to be sure that I have gotten all final section edits and figures
correct. As I took over more and more of the proposal sections from Annalisa, some things
that were sent to her yesterday may have been missed by me, especially from Gleb, Evgeny,
and Iuliia. Please hold minor comments and issues for our next round of editing during the
collaboration review period.
