Dear Dan,

 Just minor edit:

p66, last paragraph:

for the candidate baryon state N'(1720) observed in the combined
studies of the CLAS pi^+pi^-p photo- and electroproduction data [33].----->

for the candidate baryon state N'(1720)3/2^+ signals from which were observed in the combined
studies of the CLAS pi^+pi^-p photo- and electroproduction data [33].

   Best Regards,
                       Victor

Subject: [Hybrid baryons] Hybrid baryon proposal

Folks,

Attached is the version of the hybrid baryon proposal that has just been completed
after a long final weekend of effort. Thanks to everyone who has contributed. Please
note that after some internal discussion following a suggestion by Volker, the beam
time request has been increased to 50 days at 6.6 GeV and 50 days at 8.8 GeV.

If you have any comments, please send them to me by 8:00 a.m. JLab time tomorrow
morning. I will review the comments and send to Annalisa the version of the proposal
for submission to the collaboration no later than noon tomorrow. At our next hybrid
meeting we can discuss further work on the proposal before the PAC submission.

Regards,
Daniel
