Dear all,
My few comments.
Typo in the affiliation of the authors from MSU
``Scobeltsyn Institute of Physics ...''
The correct name is:
``Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics,
Lomonosov Moscow State University, 119991 Moscow, Russia"
formula (16)
left "(" is missing in the right hand side of the
first row of the formula. ( \left( and \right) would look better )
Formula (20)
This is the definition of the Legendre moments.
Do we need to present that definition? It is standard.
Figure 42. Could it be more reasonale to present that two figures in one row?
