[Hybrid baryons] Submission of the PAC proposal on Hybrid Baryons search at low energies

To the  CLAS Collaboration Chair, Prof. Jerry Gilfoyle
To the CLAS Hadron working group chair, Dr. Marco Battaglieri,

please find in attachment the Proposal of  a new experiment, part of a 
new run group proposal,
we intend to submit to Jefferson Lab PAC44, which is dedicated to the 
search of
Hybrid Baryons in Hall B with CLAS12 at low energies.

I understand you will send the proposal to the Review Committee.
