[Hybrid baryons] Hybrid Baryon bi-weekly meetings

Dear All,

as you know the run group K "Color Confinement and Strong QCD", which 
includes our proposal on the search for Hybrid Baryons, has been 
approved by PAC44. Beam time request for 2018 has also been submitted.

We might have a decent chance of taking real data if, for any reason, 
the maximum energy electron beam would not be available in Hall-B.

We should therefore work to find ourselves ready.

I would propose restart our bi-weekly meetings on Friday September 2nd 
at 8:30 Jlab, as usual.
