  Dear Colleagues,

Few comments on Joe Dudek review:

1. The physics analyses of the CLAS results on gvpN* electrocouplings have demonstrated conclusively that at Q^2<5.GeV^2 the structure of N* states is defined by a complex interplay between inner core of three dressed quarks and external meson-baryon cloud. Any approach used for identification of the hybrid nature of new baryon states should take into account the contributions from both quark-glue core and meson-baryon cloud. LQCD currently is the best candidate capable to take into account all relevant contributions in the N* structure. Different color assignment for three quarks in the regular and hybrid baryons are relevant for the quark-glue core. Therefore, it will be useful try to isolate quark core contributions within models or, if possible, within rigorous QCD approach, in order to examine Q^2-evolution of quark-glue core electrocouplings of baryon hybrids which are expected to be distinctively different with respect to those for regular baryons

2. We never claim ss-bar ``pentaquark"-like structure for N(1535)1/2-. We just claim in the p. 16 that hybrid may decay to N(1535)1/2- and pion. The ss-bar ``pentaquark" is Joe misinterpretation of our text in p.16

3. ``What are `dynamical singularities for the non-resonant amplitudes'?" (Joe question)

Any singularities produced by reaction amplitude terms other than s-channel N*-excitation in real-/virtual photon-proton interaction. We may provide refs on discussions by Argonne-Osaka and Julich coupled channel models.

   Best Regards,
                       Victor

Dear All,

please find enclosed the technical advisory committee reports.

They are overall positive. Jo pointed out some questions we may want to discuss.

All the best

Annalisa
