[Hybrid baryons] PAC 44 outcome: Approved! A- rate & 100 days

Dear All,

I am very pleased to inform you that our Proposal has been approved by 
the PAC44!

The PAC approved the Run Group K as a whole with an A-  rating. All of 
100 requested days have been approved as well.

Considering that only 4 experiments/run groups were approved this may 
well be considered a success!

Thank you all for the hard work that you have put into this project and 
that lead all of us to this result!
