[Hybrid baryons] Draft abstract for 11GeV RG A proposal

Volker,

I have sent you a marked up version of the RG-A abstract for the hybrid baryons that I believe
is in reasonable shape. For the new lower energy abstract I would suggest to modify what you
have to mention the specific kinematic ranges in Q2 with the 6.6 and 8.8 GeV beam and to 
mention the approach to probe hybrid content through measurement of polarization observables 
and the amplitude fits based on the work that Volker and Annalisa are heading up.
