[Hybrid baryons] Hybrid manifestation

  Dear Colleagues,

 Please find in the hybrid-wiki the findings on hybrid baryon manifestation in the Legendre moments. I propose to discuss these results at upcoming March 25 Friday Meeting.

  I was wrong underestimating the value of the Legendre moment analysis. Now I have the evidence that this method can be beneficial for the hybrid baryon search.
