[Hybrid baryons] New KY N* Structure Proposal

Folks,

As you are aware, I have been working with Ralf and Victor to develop a new 
proposal for the upcoming summer PAC meeting focusing on studies of N* structure
through the KY final states at 6.6 GeV and 8.8 GeV. This proposal was written to be
part of the new run group being proposed with the hybrid baryon experiment as its
flagship.

I wanted to give folks who are part of the hybrid baryon effort (who are not already a
part of the KY proposal) an opportunity to sign on to the KY proposal. If you are 
interested please let me know and I can add your names. The proposal is located at:

I plan to submit the proposal to Jerry Gilfoyle at the end of next week (i.e. April 8) to 
begin the collaboration review, so please respond to me no later that next Wednesday 
April 6.
