[Hybrid baryons] Theory support fot the hybrid baryon search

Dear Victor,

I have the JLab PC account and it was sufficient for the blue jean  
connection (if I remember correctly).
In case of Igor, is it necessary for him to have PC account at JLab in  
order to establish connection
via blue jean?
