[Hybrid baryons] Blind analysis

Hello all,

There seems to be some uncertainty on the parameter space we defined for 
the blind analysis.

Here is what I wrote down at the meeting:

Spin 1/2 or 3/2, parity = +
Mass: 2.1 < M < 2.3 GeV
Total Width: 0.15 < Gamma < 0.3 GeV
Electrocouplings: 0.020 < A1/2 < 0.050, A3/2 = 0, S1/2 = 0.
Q2 = 0.2 GeV^2.
