Hi Lucilla,
Please find few suggesstion on your talk
slide #1
Physics Motivation: Search for a new states of baryon matter, so-called hybrid baryons with gluons as the structural component, in exclusive K^+ Lambda electroproduction off protons. Dual role of gluons: strong interaction carrier/structural component of baryons.
replace in the last bullet ``hybrid baryon mass...contribution" -----> reconstruction of the hybrid baryon parameters in the blind fit of the quasi-data.
----------------------------------------------------------
slide #2
Replace yellow box
Hybrid baryon: baryon consisted of three constituent quarks and dressed gluon.
of the naive quark model----> of the model accounting for constituent quarks only.
I can not understand from the slide two last equations.
-----------------------------------------------------------
slide #3
Replace the yellow box
Q^2-evoluition of the hybrid and regular baryon electrocouplings should be distinctively different since three quark configurations in regular/hybrid baryons should be in the color singlet/color octet states, respectively.
-----------------------------------
slide # 8
``Extra resonances with masses with Jp=1/2+ from 1.8 GeV to 2.5 GeV.. final states"--------->
Extra resonances in the mass range from 2.1 GeV to 2.3 GeV of spin-parities J^P=1/2+ and 3/2^+ with hadrionic decays to the Npipi and KY final states.
------------------------
Add to conclusion
Simulation demonstrated:
a) possibility to observe hybrid-baryon signal with electrocoupling values above 10*10^-3 GeV^2 which is much smaller then electrocouplings of most regular N* states at Q^2<1.0 GeV^2 and for the hybrid total decay widths less than 300 MeV;
b) credible reconstruction of the hybrid resonance parameters from the data on differential KY electroproduction cross sections;
c) considerable sensitivity of the data on differential exclusive cross sections to the hybrid spin, mass, widths, and electrocouplings.
Successfull description of KY electroproduction data with Q^2 independent hybrid state mass, total and partial hadronic decay width will strongly support the state observation, as well as the consistent results on hybrid electrocouplings from independent analyses of KY and pi^+pi^-p electroproduction channels.
Good luck!
Have a nice talk.
Best Regards,
Victor
