[Hybrid baryons] Status Update

Folks,

I wanted to send around an update on the current status of the work to finish the draft 
of the hybrid proposal and the replies to the CLAS review committee. At this point all
questions raised by the committee have been addressed and a new version of the
proposal has been prepared. The last thing that is planned is to add a section on the
“blind” analysis. This work should be completed by tomorrow.

The plan is to send around the updated proposal and the replies to the committee to
the hybrid group by Saturday morning. The proposal will then be resubmitted to
the committee on Monday by noon (JLab time). This will give them time to review the 
proposal and to produce their final report for the collaboration giving us the green light 
for submission. Hopefully folks will be able to look things over this weekend.

As most folks involved in the proposal are on travel, there will be no hybrid meeting
tomorrow.
