[Hybrid baryons] Updated version of hybrid proposal

Dear All,
I strongly support the first two comments by Gleb and Iulia. After the recent evaluation of the minimal values of gvpN* electrocouplings,
the Section 7.8 in the current version looks as obsolete.
Best Regards,
Victor

Dear Daniel,
there are still some inconsistencies in the text. So I suggest the
following changes:
page 55, Section 7.8, paragraph 1
"are based on employing small bin sizes of \Delta Q2 ~ 0.1 GeV2" ->
"are based on employing bin size of \Delta Q2 ~ 0.1 GeV2 for KY and
\Delta Q2 ~ 0.3 GeV2 for \pi+\pi-p"
same page and section, paragraph 2
remove the following part:
"We have re-evaluated the minimal values for the electrocouplings
above which the hybrid
signal will be statistically significant accounting for the data
collection in the larger bins
of Q2. Our evaluation of the .+.−p channel sensitivity to a hybrid
signal is based on
the minimal value of the resonance electrocouplings determined in the
analysis [29] of the
CLAS data [50] that was collected in a bin of ¢Q2 = 0.3 GeV2 at
Q2=0.65 GeV2. The
minimal absolute values of the resonance electrocouplings obtained
from these CLAS data
were . 30(10−3) GeV−1/2 [7]."
page 59, paragraph 1
"with A1/2 set to the minimal value needed for the observation of the hybrid
state in the data (see Table 5)," -> "with nonzero A1/2"
caption to the Fig 44.
"with A1/2 set to the minimal value for the hybrid state observation
(seeTable 5)" -> "with A1/2 = 37"
page 60, paragraph 2
remove "with the hadronic parameters listed in Table 5 of Section 7.5 for
the minimal values of A1/2(Q2) needed for the observation of the state
in the data."
caption to the Fig 46.
"with A1/2 equal to the minimal value for the hybrid state observation
(see Table 5)" -> "with nonzero A1/2"
Best regards,
Gleb & Iuliia.
