[Hybrid baryons] Systematic Uncertainty Discussion

Folks,

Based on today’s discussion I added a section to the KY proposal on systematic uncertainties.
My section included only details on the systematics for the differential cross section and
polarization measurements. I did not think that I could say too much about the systematics
associated with the extraction of the N* electrocouplings vs. Q2 and that it would be somewhat
dangerous in the KY channel given that it has not been done there and there is no model.

For the hybrid proposal, there was discussion today about adding a section on systematics.
My question is, should we limit our estimates to the experimental observables or is there
some thought to including some estimate of systematics for the baryon parameters when 
the spectrum is wholly unknown about 2 GeV?
