[Hybrid baryons] Detached Vertex Reconstruction

Folks,

I spoke with Eugene Pasyuk this afternoon regarding reconstruction of detached
vertices in CLAS12. He indicated that this will be discussed in detail at the group
meetings of the Very Strange Collaboration at their next meeting on Monday. They
have already dedicated some manpower to start algorithm development and this
will be a regular topic at their meetings. Eugene will keep me informed of the 
discussions and the progress. He will also let me know how we can contribute to
this development from within the RG-K group. I will give an update if there is are
any developments of note at our next meeting.
