[Hybrid baryons] event generator and common tools

Hi Annalisa,

I am sending you the first "version" of the common tools.
There are "common tools" and event generator for Klambda and Ksigma0.

At the moment event generator can generate events separately
for Klambda and Ksigma0 channels. I am going to modify EG
to generate both channels simultaneously.

"common tools" contains a number useful routines.
You and Lucilla can add any routines you like.
For example, there is a routine PLeg(...) in generalUtils/utils.h.
It calculates Legendre moments. I saw you have the same routine
which calculates  Legendre moments for higher L.
You can that part.

Let's as put this package in the hybrid wiki? Gleb and Iuliia
are almost ready to add their two pion EG to the same page.
