[Hybrid baryons] Hybrid Baryons: kick-off meeting tomorrow

I propose to have a kick-off meeting tomorrow at  8:30 Jlab time to 
reconnect after the summer break and agree on future meetings schedule.

Unfortunately Volker will not be able to participate, so I do not expect
