[Hybrid baryons] Run Group K wikipage

Folks,

I have created a wikipage for our Run Group K. You can find the page on the CLAS12 wiki at:

In the “Physics” column look for “Other Working Groups” and select “Run Group K”. That will

I put the minutes from todays RG-K meeting there and a few other items. Feel free to visit the
