[Hybrid baryons] new hybrid baryons meeting schedule: every third Friday of the month

Dear Hybrid Baryons Collaborators,

during last RG-K meeting we have decided to hold Hybrid Baryons meetings 
on a monthly basis, every third Friday.

Considering that RG-K meetings will occur every first Friday of the 
month, we will end up meeting every two weeks, within similar audiences.

Therefore there will be no meeting tomorrow.
