Folks,

Due to the JLab holiday party this afternoon and the fact that we are focusing on
production data taking without any other special runs until Monday morning, there
will be no RC meeting this afternoon. There will be an RC meeting tomorrow and
I can give a update then.

Since Tuesday afternoon we have been taking production data at 45 nA with high
overall efficiency with a trigger that emphasizes the events with an electron in the
FT. The other primary trigger stream requires an electron in the ECAL, but it is
prescaled by a factor of 2 to keep our event rate below 20 kHz and our livetime to
93%. The beam energy is 7.5 GeV on the Hall B target.

On Monday at 6 a.m. the machine will go down for a LINAC energy change. Late
Wednesday or early Thursday (if all goes as planned), we will resume physics
operations with a new beam energy of 6.5 GeV and will run until Wednesday
Dec. 19. In this down time will we switch from the FT-On configuration to the
FT-Off configuration with the improve Moller cone to reduce DC occupancies that
will allow for higher current beam operations.

Regards,
Daniel
